Job description:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and prospective customers.
- Create thorough market entry strategies that complement our business objectives and strong points for new markets and niches.
- Use proactive outreach and interaction to generate, qualify, and manage leads.
- Increase technical sales by effectively presenting the distinct advantages of our advanced composites to prospective clients.
- Work with technical teams to provide customized solutions and proposals that match client needs.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with important organizations, businesses, and people in the sector
- Work with the product development team to align offerings with market need.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activity to identify possible threats and opportunities.
Qualification and skill required:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development.
- Strong technical aptitude to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent communication (Hindi will be an added advantage) and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
